Adding NEW Forum Topic / Ad.

when I post a new forum topic and I add "enter" to start new line it is not working.

i.e. the visible version of my new topic is coming without "enters" which means no new lines in the desired places

even in the adding ad, lines are not appearing, everything is coming in one line

  Please advise. My employer terminated me without showing any reason. While I got another  job and approached to my employer for NOC, employer did not issue NOC. Reason for not issuing NOC also not explained to me. I tried several times to meet my department (projects) manager to know the reason of my termination, who did not allow me to meet him. I could come to know from HR Dept, that my dept. manager sent a report to HR , on the basis of which I was terminated. The report is invalid and sufficient to damage my career.

  My profession is Engineer -senior level .

  Please advise, how to handle this matter and to get NOC.
