enhance classified search & categorisation & eliminate reposting

QL is a great site and the 1st go-to resource for nearly everybody in qatar.
the classifieds classification needs to be widened & deepened for ad input and search both, along with filtering results by multiple criteria funtionality in search results,
for example if in searching for blender or a point and shoot camera or a dslr lens i should not have to sift through pages and pages of electronics to find that product
another example - suppose i am looking to buy a 4x4 car, and im nor really specific about the brand, however i would like as few kms as possible , as recent as possible as as cheap as possible, i should be able to search for a 4x4, less than 5 years old, less than 60000 kms upto 100000 QR, and sort results 1st by kms, then by age and then by price. Currently if i search for 2009 cars is will show only those cars that are 2009 model (it should be upto) , i cannot search by( car type (4x4 ,coupe, sedan etc), engine capacity , no of seats..etc),
i think if you add these features this will eliminate a lot of the repetative ad posting that happens on QL because the search functionality is poor and people selling want to increase the visibilty of their ads by keeping on resposting to stay on the front page, because its difficult to get attention on subsequent pages

Thanks for your feedback! This is something that almost everyone has requested and is a top priority for the new site launch. We'll update this post when there's something to test in this regard.

Also in classified ads for house ..nationality could be added .. and one entry of nationality doesn't matter .. as most of the houses are for particular nationality and its hard to sort out.
